Rangely Stoneware Mug
Using an earthy speckled stoneware clay rather than my usual porcelain, I’ve brought a refreshing warmth to these favorite pieces. Rangeley, Maine is one of my favorite areas to mountain bike, and when the cold swings down in the fall, the leaves snap and hum with color.
The exterior is a delightful warm textured brown, and the interior has a satin glaze that’s simple to clean.
Due to their handmade nature, each mug is slightly different, and will not be exactly as pictured.

All pieces at Jowdy Studio are handmade from porcelain that is fired to over 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. All pieces are food-safe, and are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend careful handwashing.
